PUNCTUALITY

We respectfully request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows time for the application of numbing cream and ensures that we deliver prompt and punctual service. When booking services at Jordan Jacobs, your appointment is scheduled with a practitioner, whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:  1)You may opt to shorten your treatment  or 2) You may reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning by notifying us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. We adhere to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Without a 24-hour notice, a no-show fee is charged.

REFUNDS

Refunds are for treatment credit only. All purchases are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

When you purchase a course of treatments, you will receive a discounted price. Because of this discounted price, the payment is to be made at the beginning of your course. Unfortunately, these courses are not refundable.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are available for treatments and services in any denomination; good for one year, and non-refundable.
